KCAL/CBS reporter Kara Finnstrom interviews Keni Arts on the streets of Altadena as he paints the aftermath of the January 7, 2025 Eaton Fire.

Keni Arts has painted Pasadena and Altadena streetscapes for over 50 years. After losing his home and hundreds of paintings in the Eaton fire, he's racing to document beloved landmarks before demolition. He's also recreating commissioned portraits of burned homes for fire victims, finding beauty from ashes in his historic community.
