Return and Refund Policy for Original Artwork
Thanks for purchasing original artwork(s) art from Keni Arts. With proper care, the artwork will last a lifetime.
We guarantee our paintings will leave our hands in its original condition.
Sale of original artwork is final. See below for exceptions.
Returns
If artwork is damaged during shipping, do this:
1. photograph damaged artwork, including damage to the shipping package/container.
2. Send us photos of damage ASAP (email address below)
3. Notify the the shipper of the damage.
You must return the artwork within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Return artwork with a carrier that will provide a tracking code. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refund
If the artwork is damaged during initial shipping and you have fulfilled the above requirements, you will be eligible for a full purchase refund.
After we receive the original artwork, we will inspect it and process your refund based on your eligibility. Any refund will be made to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Copyright
The copying, redistribution, use or publication by a Buyer or site visitor of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited. Buyer of original artwork by Keni owns said artwork. All copyrights are retained by Keni Arts. This artwork cannot be reproduced without written consent. U.S. Copyright Title 17: Code § 202

Thanks for purchasing art products from Keni Arts.
We guarantee your product will leave our hands in its pristine condition. If, however, it is damaged in shipping, please photograph and document; including damage to the shipping container. Notify the us and the shipper ASAP.
Returns
In order to be eligible for a full refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be undamaged in any way for a full refund. You will not be responsible for damage that occurs during initial shipping.
Please return product with a carrier that will provide a tracking code.
Refund
If the product is damaged in any way, we will assess the damage and your documentation to determine the amount of refund. If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
